Hello all!
My name is Cassie. I’m a Twitch Content Creator with a penchant for Indie and games that tell a story; this gave me the foundations to solidify my position as an editor for a gaming website.
I’m a co-founder of Black Twitch UK which seeks to uplift the voices that are ignored in our shared platforms. We have used our platform for fundraising, connecting individuals to appropriate resources. This lead us to be shortlisted for the 2020 Woman In Gaming Award for advocacy groups.
Having a passion for supporting vulnerable individuals in the community and marrying my love for gaming lead me to being part owner of a gaming coffeeshop that encouraged engagement, a safe space and educational resources.
As a side note I’m a managing director of a care agency that supports vulnerable adults. Providing support to individuals in the community is something that I feel passionate about. the
