So, I have a love-hate relationship with fitness and my body. The commitment to workout and also acknowledging how I use food to accompany every emotion.
It was important to take a moment before starting the process to know what I’m reflecting on and my self-awareness prior to starting my next fitness challenge tomorrow.
What is one thing I can do everyday to take care of my body?
I really struggled with this.. as I like to take on big tasks which may be positive but not possible to mantain.
Realistically aiming for achievable goals so I can aim for a minimum of 2 litres because if I can back a 1litre or depression Prosecco then I can handle that.
How Can I Create More Energy?
Without a doubt.. sleep… man, SLEEP. Legit heading to bed at a normal time
Trying to get into the habit of a structured day and not indulging in FOMO “get your ass to bed ma’am”.
This week I managed to set my sleep schedule better than it has been since the start of the zombie apocalypse. The goal is aiming for 6 – 8 hours.
What do I need to stop doing?
Stop eating my emotions.

Okay, okay, that’s a bigger task. Starting with something small and measurable. In a month having takeaway or a restaurant meal once (for someone who has a close relationship to her Uber Eats driver this is a legit thing)
What do I need to start doing?
Start trying to be consistent with accountability, truly sticking to 66 days of habit forming. Taking pictures to measure true progress rather than focusing on numbers on a scale.
What big fitness goal will I set for myself over the next 12 months?
I set a goal in January when I started the Gymshark66 Challenge. (Basically built on the idea that it takes 66 days to build a habit.)

My goal was to have thighs that crush hearts and to be a creature like none other. Confident and comfortable in my own lane and body; understanding that my confidence isn’t solely dependent on looking like a P Valley Stripper.
7 Months later and I realised I didn’t have the structure set up to back up my plans. So we reset!
